Accurate Metals Testing has provided destructive testing in the Rocky Mountain region for 15 years. 

 

AMT has tensile/compression capabilities up to 200,000 lbs. and we can prepare these samples from .100" - 1.00" in diameter.

We are set up to prepare and test flat, round, bolt and rebar samples.

​

We also have extensometers for different size tensile samples, 2.0”, 1.0” and .5” for Yield strength calculation.

 

Our tensile machine has a data acquisition system that allows us to download all raw data points for engineering purposes.

 

Our tensile testing conforms to E8, A370, B557 ASTM standards and we can accommodate different proof  loading fixturing  for specific customer requirements.
